Fashion Scuola: the school edition of Fashion Core™
Students learn on the same program that companies use: patterns, grading, 3D, marker making and plotting. The teacher runs the lesson inside the program, and every student carries on at home with their own free licence, on the phone too. On Windows and on Mac too.

The lab, the teacher, the student
Fashion Scuola™ (Italian for “Fashion School”) is the edition of Fashion Core™ designed for teaching: the menu shows only what a school needs.
The teacher
The “Lesson” item in the menu: show their screen to the class, hand out and collect exercises, mark them, set a class test and keep the register.
The student
A free, named licence for the home PC and for the “Fashion Scuola” app on the phone: they carry on with the lab's work and hand in exercises from home.
The lesson, inside the program
- Live lesson: the teacher's screen on every workstation, in a window or full screen, thumbnails of the whole class and “Raise your hand”.
- Exercises and marking: hand out and collect, from home too before the deadline, comparison with the solution, grade and note, register in PDF.
- Class test: a different exercise for every student, at the same level of difficulty, with a running clock and a grade suggested by the program.
- Student portfolio: their work in one PDF, for the final exam, job interviews and families.
- “Restore as it was”: the teacher cleans up the practice company, without losing classes, grades and register.
At school, students learn to make the pattern
In Fashion Scuola™ the student makes the pattern: the features that make it for them are kept for pattern studios. “From 3D to pattern” is included, to see on the mannequin what changes when a measurement changes.
Students, at home and on the phone
- Free licences, no limit on numbers: named, issued by the school from the portal for the length of the course.
- Sign-up with the class code: students register themselves, the school confirms and finds them already in their class, in the lab too.
- On the home PC: CAD, 3D, Fashion Draw and Fashion Paint, with the digitiser and Fashion Core Scan for paper patterns.
- The “Fashion Scuola” app for Android (iPhone coming soon): photos for inspiration, exercises with deadline and grade, their own patterns.
- Made for studying: up to 5 styles and 50 pieces, with an online check; every print and machine file carries “Fashion Core™ Studenti” with the school's name and the licence QR code.
