Privacy and cookie notice

Who processes the data

The data controller is DDGreen S.r.l.s., with registered office at Via Pittore 89, 80046 San Giorgio a Cremano (NA), Italy, VAT number and tax code 10163811218, certified email (PEC) postacertificata@pec.ddgreen.it, which makes Fashion Core™. For any question about your data, write to info@fashioncore.it.

What data and why

• “Become a reseller” form: company name, VAT number, contact person, email, phone, area, industry and message. We use them to assess your application and get back to you, as a step prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and with your consent.
• Emails you send us: we use them to reply to you.
• Technical browsing data: like any server, the one hosting the site records the IP address and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site working.

For how long

Application data is kept for 24 months, unless a collaboration begins; emails for as long as needed to reply and to follow up the relationship.

Who receives it

Only us and the providers we need for the site and email (the hosting service), who process it on our behalf. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, receive it in a file, object to the processing and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@fashioncore.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

The site does not use profiling cookies or visitor counters that track you, and it does not load anything from other sites: fonts and images are on our own server. That is why we do not ask for your consent to cookies. The customer portal (/portale/) uses only the technical cookies needed to log in.
