Made to measure (MTM)

Made to measure at scale: from a person's measurements to their garment

For industrial tailoring companies and businesses that make garments to measure, including for other brands. A person's measurements turn the base pattern into their own pattern, with the marker and the production lot for the single garment.

How it works

  1. The person and their measurements, with the customer who sends them, the signed privacy consent and the history of measurements taken; consistency checks flag unusual values.
  2. The made-to-measure order: base pattern, starting size suggested from the measurements, fit (slim, regular, relaxed), fabric and extras.
  3. The person's own pattern: the style's MTM rules and the figure alterations (sloping shoulder, rounded back…) transform it; seams stay aligned and the base pattern is never touched.
  4. Production: the customer order, the single-garment lot with its material requirements, the marker on folded fabric ready for the plotter.
  5. Fittings: corrections made at the fitting are recorded, and the next garment for the same person carries them over automatically, even on a different style.

And there is more

Checks and stripes

The repeat of the fabric's check and the matching points on the pieces: the marker aligns the copies so that the checks match.

Dictated measurements

Dictate the measurements or paste them from a sheet: the AI assistant fills in the fields and flags any that are out of range. You check and save.

The measurements portal

Your customers send made-to-measure orders with the measurements from your company's website, even from a phone; they arrive in the management software.

Explained in plain words

For each order the program explains the MTM steps: what has changed compared with the base pattern, and why.
