Does Fashion Core™ run on Mac?
Yes. Fashion Core™ runs on Windows and on Mac, even with mixed workstations connected to the same server.
Where is my data kept?
In your company: the database sits on the company server and every workstation connects to it. Backups run automatically every night.
Do I need the internet to work?
Not for day-to-day work: the workstations work with the company server. The internet is needed for updates, the licence, e-invoicing, the agents' app and the cloud AI assistant. Student licences require a connection.
Can I bring over the data from the program I use today?
Yes. Authorised installers bring over the data from the most widely used management programs and CADs, after a test run that reads the data without writing anything. The conversion is quoted separately.
Which files does the CAD work with?
It reads and writes DXF-AAMA files with grade rules (RUL), the exchange format between apparel CAD systems, and prepares HPGL files for the plotter and ISO files for the cutting machine. See the pattern-making CAD.
Do I have to take all the modules?
No. It is one single program and the modules are activated with the licence: management, production, sales, design studio, CAD, marker making, made to measure, accounting.
How much does it cost?
The official price list comes out at the end of November 2026, with licence purchase or rental. For an offer, write to info@fashioncore.it.
Is there a version for fashion schools?
Yes: Fashion Scuola™, with the school licence for the labs, with no expiry date and at a reduced price, the teacher's lesson inside the program, and named student licences free of charge, issued by the school, for the home PC and the phone. See fashion schools.
Does the AI assistant use my data for training?
No. The program only connects to services that do not use data for training, or to free models installed on a company server. The assistant is optional and every change has to be confirmed.
Is the agents' app available for iPhone too?
Today the app is for Android phones, Android tablets and Windows PCs. The iPhone and iPad version is in preparation.
Which languages is the program available in?
Italian, English, Spanish, French and Chinese, with help built into the program.
Who installs it and provides support?
Authorised installers and resellers, trained by us: they install the server and the workstations, bring over the data from your old programs and teach you how to use it. Would you like to become one? Apply as a reseller.
